This company was founded as one of the pioneering Japanese firms specializing in heat treatment, and after incorporation in 1939, it has continued to modernize, rationalize and diversify its operation as part of its efforts for steady development and implementation of new technology.

Since our founding in 1995 as a specialized metal heat treatment company in Thailand, we have grown over 30 years into a leading Southeast Asian provider with two production sites in Chonburi covering over 100,000 square meters, more than 1,000 employees, and top-tier quality standards. We proudly support the automotive industry by meeting diverse customer needs. In 2011, we established the Token Thermo Training Center, specializing in employee education. We were honored with a national award from the Prime Minister’s Office for excellence in workplace safety and health. Committed to talent development, we have cultivated many certified heat treatment technicians (accredited by the Thai Heat Treating Association), becoming widely recognized within and beyond the industry as a leading heat treatment specialist. Additionally, our coating business, developed alongside metal heat treatment, has grown significantly. Recognized as a total consulting provider for hardness and wear, we hold Thailand’s No.1 position in coating mass-produced products. We support all phases from evaluation and prototyping to full-scale production, earning strong customer trust.
